"Ordering a chore"

Twicw now I've tried to order through their website and both times it's been a failure. I've placed the order and both times I've recieved an order number. The first time I just waited and it didn't arrive but the second time I rang them and they hadn't received my order so I strongly recommend not using the website. The menu I have says no delivery charge on orders over £10 but they said I must pay £1.

The food has been generally good but I would recommend ringing up as their conditions vary.
